BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney with over two years of litigation experience to join its insurance coverage practice group in Miami, Florida. You will represent both U.S. and foreign insurance companies in complex coverage litigation and market conduct matters across the United States.

Requires admission to the Florida bar and strong research/writing skills; duties include drafting opinions, conducting research, and attending depositions/hearings/mediations as needed.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Florida bar.
• Two years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials: Law Review or Honors.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/LexisNexis.
• Draft interrogatories and document demands.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
