Talent With Heart is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Property & Casualty Insurance practice in Miami, Florida. The role focuses on sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, in a hybrid, collaborative environment that emphasizes initiative and client service.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and an active Florida Bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing, required.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze insurance policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and applicable case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related insurance disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses regarding coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently while meeting court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments, strategy, risk, and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and professionals to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment with high-quality work.
