Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an insurance coverage practice (insurance defense experience does not qualify).
• Strong academic credentials.
• Training at an AmLaw 100 or AmLaw 200 firm strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills for complex, high-stakes coverage questions.

Responsibilities

• Sophisticated coverage counseling and coverage litigation for insurers
• Core lines: general liability, D&O and financial institution liability, E&O/professional liability, cyber/privacy/technology, and emerging AI coverage issues
• A national practice run from a single DC office
