As a candidate with 3+ years in insurance coverage, you will analyse complex first-party property policies, advise on pre-suit strategy, manage EUOs, depositions and motions, and litigate coverage disputes from inception to resolution across PA, NJ

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• First-party property experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with EUOs, depositions and motion practice.

Responsibilities

• Analyse first-party property policies and complex coverage issues.
• Advise insurers on pre-suit strategy, exposure and claim resolution.
• Handle EUOs, depositions, pleadings, motions and mediations.
• Litigate coverage disputes from inception through resolution.
