• The role involves analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions concerning first-party property and general liability matters.
• Candidates should possess litigation experience, encompassing taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions, alongside strong research and writing skills and a demonstrated interest in insurance law.
• The firm's Insurance Coverage Practice represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies in complex coverage claims, including monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
• Well-qualified candidates may be considered for partnership opportunities.
