• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Currently admitted to and in good standing with the Nevada bar.
• Competency with legal information technology systems (e.g., legal research platforms, case management system, and e-discovery tools).

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel the Commissioner on regulatory responsibilities of the Division.
• Represent the Division in administrative hearings and contested cases.
• Prosecute violations of the Insurance Code; advise on legislation and regulations.
• Research legal issues and draft opinions, proposed legislation or regulations.
