Utah Smile Clinic is seeking an Experienced Dental Insurance Specialist to join our on-site team. You will help patients maximize insurance benefits and support accurate processing, timely reimbursements, and outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dental insurance, claims management, and verification, with strong communication and organizational skills. On-site role with benefits including health insurance, retirement, and PTO to support patient care and team success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental insurance, billing, or claims management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, procedures, and terminology.
• Experience with verification, claim submission, and appeals.
• Excellent problem-solving and claims resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Position Overview
