Job summary

Integrity, a leading life, health, and wealth insurance distributor, seeks a Contracting Specialist I to support agents and agencies in contracting with carriers. You will manage electronic files, ensure data integrity across CRM systems, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to stay compliant with regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 4–6 years of admin or customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office along with SureLC and AgencyBloc.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of customer service or administrative experience; insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business platforms such as SureLC and AgencyBloc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process agent and agency contracting paperwork with carriers, including licensing and appointments.
• Submit and distribute contracting links; manage email communications and electronic filing systems.
• Maintain and audit CRM data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (PHI, HIPAA).
• Track contract status, follow up with carriers and agents, resolve data issues.
• Provide agent support via phone and email; train new hires and cross-train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with sales, new business, and commission teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare contracting documents and maintain records of licenses and state appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
