Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Data Entry Clerk to support the Insurance Departments by entering and revising reports, scanning documents, and maintaining indemnification program data.

You will review certificates of insurance, liaise with service providers, and ensure compliance, delivering accurate information and strong customer service daily.

This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to identify discrepancies and follow issues through resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain accurate systems data, compile reports and scan documents relating to indemnification programs.
  • Review certificates of insurance and indemnification agreements; report deficiencies through compliance reports to managers.
  • Act as a liaison between service providers and managers to ensure that required insurance coverage is obtained; generate correspondence when a provider is not in compliance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
