The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to join our North American team. This role focuses on data entry, scanning and revising reports related to indemnification programs and maintaining department compliance.

You will input and maintain accurate system data, review insurance certificates, and liaise with providers and managers to ensure coverage. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies and follow issues through resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing support to the company’s Insurance Departments by performing data entry, scanning and revising reports as required by the company’s indemnification programs, and assisting in maintenance of department compliance.
