Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Law Collector to join the Leviton Law Firm team in Dallas, TX. You will contact consumers regarding past-due premiums, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records in compliance with FDCPA and company policies.

You will work in a supportive environment with clear performance goals and a compensation package featuring $17 per hour plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in debt collection or customer service.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging conversations.
• Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans in accordance with company policies.
• Document all communications and account updates accurately.
• Adhere to FDCPA and federal/state collection laws.
