Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume inbound lead environments.
• Top-performing sales track record.
• P&C license or Personal Lines license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work real-time internet/data leads (no cold lists).
• Use Ricochet CRM to track and manage lead flow.
• Follow a proven sales process.
