Qualifications

• Have experience working leads.
• Track record of being a top performer.
• P&C license or Personal Lines license required.

Responsibilities

• Take live transfer inbound calls and quote new business.
• Work real-time internet/data leads (no lists, no cold spam).
• Use Ricochet CRM to track and manage lead flow.
• Follow a proven sales process.
• Close business and get paid simply.
