Piper Companies is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support a growing client in the insurance industry in Durham, NC. The role is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week, and requires strong communication to handle a high volume of inbound calls while delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with a degree as a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance.
• Investigate and resolve client questions related to policies, billing, account updates, and service requests.
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address escalated concerns and ensure issue resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
