Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, is seeking a Client Support Associate to assist clients with inquiries and guidance on policy renewals. You will explain coverage details, process policy updates, and maintain accurate client records while identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months in Insurance or Customer Service. CISR is a plus, with full-time hours and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Customer Service or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in Insurance or Customer Service preferred.
• Certification: CISR is a plus.

Responsibilities
