Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Insurance customer service experience.
• Experience with online quoting and knowledge of the commercial insurance marketplace.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to prioritize.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license (preferred).
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client management on a book of business.
• Backup Client Advocate handling calls/emails and client questions.
• Process incoming mail for the team and distribute.
• Contract review for certificates of insurance and special handling certificates.
• Assist insured with audits and renewal processes.
• Manage service team workflow and delegate tasks.
• Follow agency procedures for client management system.
• Support new/renewal marketing and submissions to carriers.
