Job summary

Trucordia—a growing insurance brokerage—seeks a client relations professional to manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with clients. You will handle life and health insurance accounts, coordinate with carriers, prepare proposals, and support renewals. Salesforce will be a core tool in daily activities and record-keeping.

Active Life & Health licenses are required, with CEBS/RHU/REBC preferred. This role emphasizes detail orientation, multi-tasking, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance or customer service.
• Life & Health concepts understood at an intermediate level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar agency systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Active Life & Health licenses required; CEBS/RHU/REBC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for clients during onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Manage a book of business with various account types and renewals.
• Coordinate with carriers on quotes, proposals, and plan selection.
• Prepare submissions, gather underwriting information, and review contracts.
• Maintain carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes.
• Assist with annual benefit renewals and open enrollment meetings.
• Maintain records in Salesforce/agency management system.
