Job summary

C1 Insurance Group in Dallas is seeking a customer service-focused administrator to handle policy changes, billing updates, cancellations, and reinstatements from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact, researching information with CRM tools and communicating clearly with clients.

You should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, be highly organized, proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Customer Service or Order Fulfillment experience.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with data entry and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer requests from start to finish, handling policy changes, billing updates, cancellations or reinstatements
• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating with customers to resolve problems and concerns
• Navigate various technology, CRM tools and websites to research information and communicate with clients
• Support the C1 Insurance team in administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality
