Qualifications

• Up to three years of Client services experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings and industry training.
• Ability to protect confidentiality of client and company information.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to routine client inquiries, maintains communications documentation.
• Prepares written correspondence and makes calls to underwriters as requested.
• Reviews and processes policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Evaluates proposals and notifies senior staff of missing items.
• Assists in the renewal process by gathering enrollment and benefit reports.
• Helps produce employee communications as requested by senior staff.
• Assists with financial reporting for renewals by gathering client details.
• Executes requested changes on policies and extensions of expiring binders.
• Responds to Renewal Assistance Program requests and updates the report.
• Assists in upkeep of carrier product information and data entry for accuracy.
• Maintains and keeps records of clients and compiles preliminary numbers.
• Issues and processes client invoicing and researches invoice/billing errors.
