Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, brokers, and general agents in New York. You will administer policies, provide timely service, guidance on coverage, and respond professionally to client inquiries.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, processing new business in PolicyNet, and coordinating with billing and other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Related experience preferred.
• NYS Life, Accident and Health (LAH) License preferred; must obtain NYS LAH license within 3 months.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of group insurance products and state regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for policyholders, brokers, and agents.
• Maintain and protect confidential employer and producer information.
• Process new business into PolicyNet and manage account data.
• Provide timely service and guidance on coverage to clients.
• Support reporting requests and website access for clients and brokers.
