• Hold the insurance license required by your state or a willingness to take the state exam.

• Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
• Work with new clients to understand their needs, gather necessary data, and provide quotes.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
