Job summary

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the Select team in Waukee, IA. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, policy audits, and updating client records across agency systems and carriers.

A licensed or license-eligible candidate will contribute to risk transfer discussions and client satisfaction. Educational requirements include a high school diploma with a preference for a college degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience.
• Active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire license within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
• Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies.
• Review, process, and deliver policy audits to clients.
• Update agency management system and third-party platforms related to new and existing clients.
