Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Client Service Specialist for our Property Casualty team. You will prepare certificates and ID cards, manage invoicing for policies, and coordinate policy changes with carriers to ensure accurate billing and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies with accounting, maintaining exposure schedules, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 year in admin, customer service, or office work; insurance preferred.
• Licensing: Active Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new/renewal policies, installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update management system and exposure schedules.
• Investigates omitted items and commission differences on premiums.
