Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred; 2 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via online services with excellent customer service.
• Assist renewal onboarding, determine services with input from Production and Marketing.
• Coordinate team responsibilities and timelines for client services plans.
• Prepare proposals, client presentations, and other deliverables.
• Support day-to-day service needs of assigned accounts.
