Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in the United States seeks a Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team. You’ll support the team by updating the client management system, issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, invoicing, policy reviews, and processing endorsements.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication with solid organizational abilities.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. You'll support the team by updating and maintaining information in the client management system, issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, invoicing, policy reviews, process endorsements and many other client service needs as they arise.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
