Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh Agency, seeks a Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team to deliver exceptional client service. You will update the client management system, issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, handle invoicing, and support policy reviews and endorsements.

We value adaptability, curiosity, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple applications quickly are essential.

Responsibilities

• As Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team, update and maintain information in the client management system, issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Process invoicing, policy reviews and endorsements with accuracy.
• Provide proactive client service and respond to requests with urgency.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the Transportation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. You'll support the team by updating and maintaining information in the client management system, issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, invoicing, policy reviews, process endorsements and many other client service needs as they arise.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property and Casualty insurance license
• One - Two years of industry specific experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
