Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or similar field.
• 2+ years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and document routine client inquiries; escalate complex cases.
• Process daily service needs such as endorsements, proofs, audits and policy documents.
• Manage follow-ups to close items within expected timeframes.
• Review policies/endorsements for accuracy; escalate discrepancies for resolution.
• Assist with renewals, information gathering, and proposal content support.
• Prepare client documents and branded templates for proposals and stewardship.
• Utilize internal systems and portals to meet client needs proactively.
• Research invoicing and billing questions; support Surplus Lines processes as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
