Larry Poole State Farm is hiring a Customer Relations Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients with insurance needs. You will act as the friendly voice, solve problems, and collaborate with the team to maintain trusted relationships within the community.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-forward mindset, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a valid Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days of hire.
• Life and Health license preferred; if not currently licensed, must obtain within 180 days.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and be the friendly voice for clients.
• Assist clients with their insurance needs and inquiries.
• Support claims processing and guide customers through the process.
