Hylant is launching the ACE Training & Development Program to prepare early-career insurance professionals for an Employee Benefits Client Executive role. As an Associate Client Executive, you will learn Hylant’s sales and servicing tools, build market knowledge, and support senior staff in client engagements.

This program emphasizes professional presentations, teamwork, networking, and a client-first mindset to help you grow within a family-owned broker known for relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 50 days.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop adoption of Hylant sales tools and processes.
• Develop understanding of servicing tools and processes.
• Learn the insurance marketplace, products, and services.
• Present professionally to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support senior staff in solicitation and servicing of clients throughout the deal flow.
• Assist with client preparation work such as presentations and proposals.
• Assist in coverage analysis and policy reviews; develop options based on client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in networking and events to advance the Hylant brand.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
