Allstate Insurance Agency - Glen Liuzza in Gretna, LA seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to guide clients through insurance options and account inquiries. You’ll be the face and voice of the agency, ensuring accurate information and compassionate service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and in-person visits, processing policy changes, renewals, and endorsements, and supporting sales with follow-ups and quotes.

Qualificações

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage changes.
• Process insurance policy updates, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions in the agency management system.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and lead management.
