Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and in-person visits, processing policy changes, renewals, and endorsements, and supporting sales with follow-ups and quotes.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
