Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty license required.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and presence at start time.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up calling.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data-entry skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time with multiple customers/tasks.
• Sound judgment on when to handle a situation independently vs. escalate.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Determine caller/visitor needs and connect them with the correct team member.
• Review account notes before assisting or transferring to avoid repetition.
• Maintain a professional, organized front-office environment.
• Process customer payments in person and by phone; answer billing questions.
• Explain bill changes and resolve routine issues; flag past-due accounts.
• Assist customers reporting claims and monitor status; follow up as needed.
• Schedule and maintain appointments; perform outbound follow-up calls.
• Support outreach campaigns and route interested customers to licensed team members.
• Document interactions with clear notes; track billing, claims, and coverage discussions.
