Job summary

RiseMe in California is seeking an organized client service professional to support client administrators handling all lines of business insurance. You will manage file maintenance, invoicing, endorsements, and renewals, while coordinating with underwriters and clients.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with Imageright and MS Office; bachelor’s or equivalent and California Fire & Casualty license required, with AAI designation encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ability to receive the degree within two to three months, or 1–2 years P&C experience.
• Obtain and maintain a valid California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• AAI designation and willingness to pursue continuing education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Maintain high attention to detail while multi-tasking with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices, endorsements, certificates, binders, policies and audits.
• Assist in renewals, marketing folders, and renewal workflow setup.
• Gather information from underwriters and clients via telephone and email.
• Set up renewal policy files in the system and prepare summaries for review.
• Maintain and file documents, diaries, and related tasks in Imageright.
