Job summary

WTW is seeking an Associate Client Advocate to retain and grow client relationships in commercial Property & Casualty insurance. You will coordinate with a Client Specialist and Global Service Delivery to deliver exceptional service, respond to RFPs, and present client solutions.

The role emphasizes direct client engagement, strategic planning, and collaboration across sales, broking, and internal resources. A license and insurance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to apply coverage forms to analyze program design, identify coverage gaps, and advise on solutions.
• Ability to understand, interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.
• Relationship management to leverage internal/external resources for client needs.
• Negotiation skills to drive resolutions without harming relationships.
• Knowledge of renewal end-to-end process and owners.

Responsibilities

• Retain and strengthen existing client relationships and book of business.
• Coordinate delivery of internal resources to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting advice on insurance and risk management.
• Support renewal strategy design and client communications.
• Assist with new business prospecting and expansion of client relationships.
• Lead/participate in client presentations, advocacy reports, and service plans.
• Oversee client service delivery activities and escalations with Service Liaisons.
