Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–1 year in administrative, customer service, or office work, preferably in insurance.
• Licensing: Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain within three months.

Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and work with accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
• Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies.
