Responsibilities

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, billing clarification.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Use effective communication to meet customer needs while promoting business development.
