Jaysen Easa - State Farm Agency Intern in Wisconsin is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and help customers succeed. You will grow the office through meaningful client relations and proactively market relevant insurance products and services to meet their needs.

This internship offers hands-on training, chances to advance, and a supportive team environment as you develop sales and service skills while delivering prompt, friendly assistance to State Farm customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
