The Work

You will step into a steady, sophisticated volume of high-stakes insurance litigation spanning multiple lines of business-including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty. This is not a role where you will be siloed in a single niche. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Managing complex insurance disputes from inception through resolution, with a level of autonomy that matches your capability.
• Working directly with major industry clients rather than having your communication filtered through multiple layers of partnership.
• Collaborating on a broad array of regulatory, compliance, market conduct, and high-value claims issues.
