AMIkids in Tampa seeks an Insurance and Claims Specialist to provide administrative and analytical support for the organization's insurance programs, claims management and related litigation matters. You will assist with claims administration, renewals, reporting, and coordination with brokers, carriers, legal counsel and internal stakeholders to support effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in insurance administration or risk management.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and liability claims.
• Familiarity with claims handling processes and insurance terminology.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Maintain insurance policies, endorsements, certificates and related records.
• Monitor claims activity from reporting through final resolution.
• Liaise with brokers, carriers, legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with claim investigations and evidence collection.
• Coordinate information from internal departments for claims and litigation.
• Maintain litigation tracking systems and review legal invoices.
• Prepare reports for leadership on insurance, claims and loss experience.
• Support risk reduction initiatives and annual policy renewals.
• May drive other work-related tasks.
