• Investigates policy coverage, liability and damages and provides timely customer service.
• Gathers information and documents claim files to comply with company guidelines and regulations.
• Negotiates settlements with insurance companies in a timely manner.
• Manages pending claims to meet quality criteria.
• Identifies recovery opportunities in salvage vehicle contexts.
• Assists customers with claims questions via phone or written correspondence.
