Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze facts, evaluate damages, and make sound claim decisions.
• Ability to participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation.
• Experience handling physical damage, cargo, auto, transportation, or commercial claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust physical damage claims.
• Review policy coverage and determine liability.
• Coordinate towing, cargo transfers, and repairs.
• Gather estimates and documentation.
• Establish claim reserves and maintain files.
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
