Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process all insurance forms for inpatient and outpatient services to payers by monitoring WQs daily.
• Obtain missing insurance information for open accounts via websites or phone calls.
• Run reports for batches and submit claims to secondary insurance when appropriate.
• Review WQs for outstanding or denied claims and follow up with calls or adjustments to re-submit claims.
