About the Role

• Negotiate fair settlements with claimants or their representatives.
• Manage a caseload of claims efficiently, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
• Identify potential subrogation opportunities and fraudulent claims for further review.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically handling bodily injury insurance claims.
• In-depth understanding of medical terminology, injury assessment, and rehabilitation processes.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law pertaining to personal injury claims.
