Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call/contact center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• 3–5 years claim handling experience (preferred).
• Bilingual is a plus (preferred).
• Service Advisor or Service Drive experience (preferred).
• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handles claims from initial contact through to conclusion.
• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility.
• Maintains positive customer relationships and enhances organizational skills.
• Manages a high call volume with exceptional communication and customer service.
• Works independently and in a team environment.
• Shows strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
