Job summary

Transcom is hiring a Chat and Email Customer Service Agent for our Greenville, SC office. You will support customers by answering questions about insurance benefits and billing via chat, email, and voice, while delivering patient, empathetic service.

This full-time role requires strong communication, the ability to navigate multiple applications, and adherence to a strict schedule in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reasonable driving distance to Greenville, SC site.
• Able to work onsite at 650 Executive Center Dr. Greenville, SC 29615.
• Able to work a full-time schedule with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with questions about insurance benefits and billing via chat, email, and voice.
• Engage with customers with empathy, research solutions across multiple applications, and provide accurate information.
• Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment onsite with a full-time schedule.
