Job summary

Transcom in Greenville, SC is seeking a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to assist customers with diabetes care devices. This full-time role involves technical troubleshooting, ordering supplies, insurance questions, and general product support, delivered with patience, empathy, and clear communication across multiple systems.

You will start onsite with a path to hybrid work from home based on performance, joining a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and customer-focused

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to work onsite initially, and then move to a hybrid schedule based on performance.
• Able to work a full-time schedule with overtime opportunities as needed.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to type at least 30 wpm.
• Previous call center experience or technical support knowledge preferred.
• Experience with diabetes or medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical issue troubleshooting for diabetes care devices.
• Handle ordering supplies and insurance-related questions.
• Deliver general product support to customers.
• Support customers during high-volume inbound calls in a structured environment onsite and hybrid.
• Navigate multiple applications while communicating clearly and accurately.
