Job summary

Farmers Insurance District 1311 is seeking motivated Insurance Agents to join our award-winning team in the Minneapolis area. You’ll drive new business, build strong client relationships, and deliver personalized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.

With hands-on training, mentorship, and clear paths to rapid career advancement—including agency ownership opportunities—this role rewards high performance in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred).
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals.
• Coachable mindset with a learner’s attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Build lasting client relationships through tailored insurance consultations and stellar service.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Use our CRM to track leads, manage renewals, and maintain accurate records.
• Stay current on products, regulations, and Farmers Insurance best practices.
• Collaborate with teammates in a high-energy, supportive culture.
