Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial analysis, capital modeling, or risk management.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory capital frameworks (e.g., BSCR, Solvency II) preferred.
• Experience supporting credit rating agency capital models (S&P, AM Best, Fitch) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Bermuda Solvency filings and ensure accuracy.
• Own components of the BSCR process including data prep and documentation.
• Prepare Bermuda Monetary Authority regulatory filings (e.g., GSSA).
• Support execution of capital models for rating agencies (S&P, AM Best, Fitch).
• Analyze outputs to understand solvency position and capital adequacy.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Actuarial, and Ceded Reinsurance teams.
• Assist with ad hoc capital scenario analysis.
