Job summary

NFP is seeking a proactive insurance broking assistant to support the broking team, analyze client programs, and develop strategic risk solutions for prospects and clients. You will tailor coverage, terms, and programs to improve risk transfer, working under the Broker or Senior Broker.

This is a full-time role with standard hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, offering hybrid or remote work with a confidential workspace and reliable internet.

• Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' programs and formulate recommendations for risk solutions.
• Negotiate with carriers to drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Support the broking team with diagnostics and total program assessments.
• Assist in timely production of required documentation and follow-up.
• Prepare proposals and respond to client queries promptly.
• Attend client meetings and assist with presentations.
• Use data and analytics to provide program insights for clients.
• Build relationships with underwriters and local account teams.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace and offerings.
• Ensure data files are complete, organized, and up to date.
