Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a proactive broker-support professional to assist the broking team in analyzing client risk, tailoring coverage, and developing risk transfer solutions. You will review current programs and help prepare recommendations for clients.

This full-time role offers a base salary with 25% commission on first-year new business, standard M-F hours, and the option for hybrid or remote work with a quiet, reliable workspace. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze client risk and tailor coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support the broking team and contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Review client risk profiles and develop risk transfer solutions.
• Prepare proposals and assist in client meetings and communications.
• Maintain client data and collaborate with underwriters and account teams.
